Over 45,000 racegoers packed into the Cheltenham Festival to enjoy Ladies Day yesterday.

The second day of the race meet is as famous for its display of fashion and style (and occasional bad behaviour) is at is for its horses - with over £10,000 in cash prizes up for grabs for the best-dressed attendees.

On the racecourse it was 5/2 shot Il Etait Temps who won the day’s biggest race - the Queen Mother Champion Chase.
