A new luxury eco house has opened its doors to visitors in search of the ‘ultimate winter adventure’ in Highland Perthshire on the southern edge of the Cairngorms National Park.

Located in a scenic riverside glen, Larch House is a contemporary, bespoke architect-designed self-catering retreat, complete with wood-fired hot tub, sauna, cinema room and wood burning stove.

Larch House has been built with sustainability to the fore and nature at its heart. Clad in warm Scottish larch, generous picture windows offer exceptional mountain, river and woodland views. The house sits in its own private garden and woodland, with the river ‘Shee Water’ forming one boundary. Wildlife visitors to the garden include red squirrels, hares, pheasants and roe deer.
