A NEW video advert for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games has been released ahead of the event next year.
Combining shots of Glasgow and its iconic sights such as the Finnieston crane and the new Hydro concert venue with footage of athletes and spectators, the video encourages fans to come to Glasgow for the event with the tagline ‘When the world comes to Scotland for Glasgow 2014, will you be there?’
A rush for tickets for the 2014 games led to huge delays being experienced by the public, with some waiting over an hour to access ticket sales.
