We're used to hearing about the vast sums of money earned by the likes of footballers, golfers and tennis players - but in recent years rugby union has been catching up.
The top dogs of the sport can now expect to earn salaries of hundreds of thousands of pounds - and that's before bonuses, sponsorship and image rights.
And history has been made recently with players passing the £1 million-a-year mark for the first time.
We've looked at a number of sources to come up with this rugby union rich list - based on reported salaries paid out by the world's biggest clubs.
Here are the top 10.

5. Siya Kolisi - £850,000
South African captain Siya Kolisi has two World Cup wins and a third place to his name and, prior to the arrival of Owen Farrell, was the highest paid player at French side Racing 92. He might be looking for a salary increase from the £850,000 he's on at the moment when he finds out what his new teammate is on. | Getty Images

6. Dan Biggar - £800,000
Two-time Lions player Dan Biggar is the highest-paid Welsh player. He is thought to earn £800,000 a year for playing fly-half for French side Toulon. | Getty Images

7. Maro Itoje - £800,000
England's Maro Itoje has won an impressive five Premiership titles and three European titles with his club Saracens - so maybe he's worth his salary of £800,000. Mind you, that's what his former teammate Owen Farrell was paid by the club before his money-spinning move to France, so there's always the chance of even bigger earnings in the future. | Getty Images

8. Antoine Dupont - £700,000
French scrum-half Antoine Dupont is widely considered to be one of the greatest players in the history of the game, and a couple of years ago he was also the highest paid. He's now slid down the rankings thanks to a few big budget moves by other players - earning around £700,000 at Toulouse. | Getty Images
