How does Mixed Doubles Curling differ from normal curling?
In a normal game of curling there are four players on each team who throw a total of eight stones per end.
In doubles each team only throw five stones, with one player delivering the first and last stones and the other playing the middle three. The throwing order may change between ends.
Other than that the rules are the same, with the stones closest to the middle of the target counting.
Matches take place over right ends and whoever has most points, or shots, at the end wins.
