How can Scotland fans get tickets to the World Cup?

Residents from each of the host nations—Canada, Mexico, and the USA - have now entered a priority period for tickets, which began on November 12, and enables them to purchase 75 per cent of single-match tickets allocated to their country. When this period comes to an end, both host-nation and international fans who entered the draw will be randomly assigned time slots to purchase any remaining tickets.

If you have applied for a ticket in Phase 2 via the ticketing portal, FIFA will notify you via an email with a designated date and time window to access the purchasing portal and purchase your ticket. While it is not yet confirmed as to when, FIFA will release additional tickets in later phases, with more information set to be released via FIFA’s official ticketing site in due course.

The draw for the World Cup will take place at the Kennedy Centre in the American capital of Washington DC on Friday, December 5, 2025, and a random selection ticket draw will take place thereafter.

“During this phase, fans will be able to submit applications for specific matches once the group-stage matchups have been revealed. Closer to the tournament, fans will be able to purchase any remaining inventory on a first come, first served basis.” says FIFA’s official website.

Scotland fans signed up to Supporters Group are also likely to be able to apply at a later date, as they did for the European Championships in Germany in 2024, though details have not been confirmed at the time of writing.

If money is no object and you want to secure your place at the tournament, premium experiences are available for the World Cup (e.g., VIP seating, food/drink, lounge access) via On Location, FIFA's official partner. Prices begin at $1,000+ per person, and are able to be booked here.
