Scottish friendlies: Hibs rack up goals, son of ex-Celtic hitman on target, incredible miss from a yard out
A round-up of the Premiership teams in action on Saturday
Hibs completed their pre-season trip to Ireland with a 5-1 win over Cliftonville.
David Gray’s have spent the past week in Kildare preparing for the upcoming season and were convincing winners over the League of Ireland outfit.
Jason Kerr, Nicky Cadden, Martin Boyle and a brace from Thibault Klidje landed the win for Hibs, although the afternoon was soured slightly after club captain Joe Newell came off in the second half due to injury.

Earlier on Saturday, Hibs confirmed the signing of 23-year-old midfielder Azeem Abdulai from Leyton Orient for an undisclosed fee.
Abdulai, who came through the youth ranks at Celtic before joining Swansea City, has agreed a contract with Hibs until the summer of 2029. His international clearance did not come through in time to play against Cliftonville.
"Azeem is exactly the profile we wanted – he's athletic, aggressive, technically secure on the ball and will play box-to-box,” said Gray.
"We are delighted that he has been able to join the group here in Ireland at the end of the week so he can settle in with the squad and get up to speed as quickly as possible.
"He gives us more options in the midfield area and that creates a healthy competition for places. We are excited to have him on board and we're all looking forward to working with him."
Elsewhere, Aberdeen went down 1-0 to Twente during their pre-season camp in the Netherlands.
Stephen Robinson’s Dons trailed to a goal on the half-hour mark through Lucas Vennegoor of Hesselink - the son of former Celtic striker Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink - and were unable to find a leveller.
They were given a great chance at the start of the second half when striker Toyosi Olusanya was presented an opportunity a yard from goal, but he inexplicably blazed the ball over the bar with the goal at his mercy.
Kilmarnock had better fortune against Northern Irish side Linfield at Windsor Park, prevailing 3-2 in Belfast.
Greg Kiltie scored a 77th-minute winner after early strikes from Cole Coughlin and Roshaun Mathurin had been cancelled out. Keeper Max Stryek saved a late penalty from Kyle McClean to seal victory.
St Johnstone comfortably defeated Montrose 3-0 at Links Park with Ruari Paton, Cheikh Diabate and Logan Chalmers scoring the goals.
In a closed-doors match, Dundee United lost 2-0 to Livingston.
