Rangers agree £8.5m signing as Celtic star ruled out until October
Winger set to arrive at Ibrox as Celtic look to strengthen defence
Rangers are closing in on the signing of South Korean winger Kim Min-Su from Girona.
An agreement has been reached between the two clubs that will see the 20-year-old undergo a medical ahead of travelling to Glasgow to complete the move within the next 48 hours.
It has been reported that Rangers will pay an £8.5million transfer fee after triggering a release clause in the player's contract.

Kim, who can play on the left or right, will become the 12th new arrival of the summer at Ibrox - with more likely to follow before the end of the window - as manager Derek McInnes continues to overhaul his squad.
The Light Blues have signed one winger so far this summer, Daisuke Yokota, who arrived from Hannover on a three-year deal with the option of an additional 12 months.
Rangers’ move for PSV winger Couhaib Driouech fell through following a medical.
If Kim becomes the latest recruit in the next few days he would not be eligible for Thursday’s Europa Conference League play-off second leg with Jablonec in the Czech Republic, where the Gers take a 1-0 lead from the first leg.
However, if he does arrive before the weekend, he could make his debut in the William Hill Premiership clash with Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Sunday.
Celtic, meanwhile, are set to be without defender Alistair Johnston until October.

The Canada right-back suffered a hamstring injury in Celtic’s recent win at Kilmarnock and faces another spell on the sidelines after missing much of last season.
“There was definitely something there and the prognosis is sometime in October for him,” said Martin O’Neill, who is still looking to strengthen his defence before the September 3 transfer deadline.
“I think we would need to have a look. If you consider that Kieran (Tierney) is essentially our only left-sided full-back in that sense we’ll have a little look. “But I really will not be concentrating on anything at all until after the game.
“Regardless of what the result is or whichever competition we happen to be in then we’ve got some days before the transfer deadline and I hope that we will get some people in.”
