Scotland star lights up Coppa Italia with stunning double to spark silverware dream
Striker stuns the Stadio Olimpico to help his side into quarter-finals
Che Adams scored twice to help fire Torino into the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia with a 3-2 win at Roma on Tuesday night.
The Scotland striker netted a goal in each half as Il Toro made it to the last eight of the competition for the first time in six years.
Adams had gone seven Serie A matches without finding the target but has now increased his season's tally to five with his dream double in the Italian cup upset at the Stadio Olimpico.

The 29-year-old, who could lead the line for Scotland at this summer's World Cup, opened the scoring in the 35th minute with an outstanding long-range strike.
The former Southampton and Birmingham front man collected a pass from Nikola Vlasic 25 yards out before picking out the bottom corner of the net with a powerful right-footed effort.
Mario Hermoso equalised for Roma immediately after half-time before Adams struck again to restore Torino’s lead on the 55-minute mark, firing first-time past goalkeeper Mile Svilar from 10 yards following a neat lay-off from Vlasic. Adams now has 15 goals and five assists across 60 appearances in Italian football since joining Torino 18 months ago.
Roma brought 16-year-old Antonio Arena off the bench for his senior debut and he netted with his first touch to bring the hosts level again with nine minutes remaining.
Adams' hopes of netting a first hat-trick in Italian football ended when he was replaced on 88 minutes but Torino were celebrating just moments later when Emirhan Ilkhan found the net from a corner kick to win the game for the away side.
Torino will now face tournament favourites Inter Milan at the San Siro next month for a place in the Coppa Italia semi-finals as they bid to win the trophy for the first time since 1993.
Next up for Adams and Torino is another match against Roma in Serie A on Sunday.
