Scotland’s World Cup campaign came to an end over the weekend after failing to reach the last 32.
The Scots finished Group C in third place on three points after a 1-0 win over Haiti, but then lost 1-0 to Morocco and then 3-0 to Brazil.
They then failed to finish as one of the eight best third-placed teams, meaning that the long wait for a Scotland team to reach the knockout stage of a World Cup goes on.
Their elimination was swiftly followed by head coach Steve Clarke’s resignation, ending a seven-year spell in charge of the national team.
Some Scotland players arrived back at Glasgow Airport on Monday morning, while others joined family on holiday.
We take a look at how each Scotland player fared during the World Cup:

5. Grant Hanley
The Hibs defender was one of Scotland's best players against Haiti with a centre-half clinic. Could not replicate that level against Morocco when he was caught out for Ismael Saibari's early and decisive goal. As a result, he was dropped for the Brazil game. 6 | Getty Images

6. Kieran Tierney
Featured as a substitute against Haiti and Brazil and was deployed in a surprising left-wing role against Morocco, which didn't really pay off. Never let himself down in any of the games. 6 | Getty Images

7. John McGinn
Scored Scotland's only goal of the tournament against Haiti. That proved to be his and the team's crowning moment. Much like Scott McTominay, his club levels weren't matched either in a Scotland shirt as he played a variety of midfield roles either centrally or out wide. Nevertheless, he ended a long wait for a Scottish goal at the World Cup. 6

8. Tyler Fletcher
Was a late replacement for the injured Billy Gilmour. Didn't set foot on the pitch. n/a | AFP via Getty Images
