Hearts administration: Transfer ban till February

HEARTS have been banned from registering new players until the end of the January transfer window, it has been announced.

The Tynecastle club have avoided financial punishment from the SFA for going into administration in June.

Under the embargo, the club will be unable to sign players over the age of 21 until February.

Hearts have already been handed a 15-point penalty for the new season for entering administration.
