Scotland fans packed out pubs up and down the country last night to watch the national team triumph over Denmark in a thrilling 4-2 rollercoaster and secure a spot in the World Cup for the first time since 1998.

Bars including Malones in Edinburgh, Bar Home in Glasgow and The Commercial Inn in Inverurie have all shared clips from the memorable night.
Since the game, there have already been calls on the government to grant special licences to pubs when Scotland’s World Cup games roll around next year.
The Scottish Liberal Democrats also called for “huge fan parks” to be set up in stadiums and other large venues to give fans the “best experience” of watching Scotland play in the tournament.
