Final two 2026 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo flypasts scheduled this week - dates, times and aircraft type

The final two flypasts of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2026 are scheduled to take place this week.

An Airbus A400M Atlas soared over Edinburgh on Tuesday and Friday last week in the second and third flypasts of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo 2026.

The A400M flypasts followed a flypast from a C-17 Globemaster and two Typhoon jets, which replaced the Red Arrows for the first flypast of the Tattoo - after their return from the United States was delayed by poor weather.

The fourth and final flypasts of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo are scheduled to take place this week.

The Tattoo - held on the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade - is running until Saturday 29 August.
