The popular haunt is set to shut its doors for good on January 4, but its owners say they will continue to share Thai recipes and cooking tips on their social media for fans to enjoy.

In the message posted on Facebook, the takeaway’s owners said: “Hello, everyone I will post a reminder for myself and everyone for every day until I close down. From Wednesday, 17 December 2025 until Sunday, 4 January, we would like to announce the permanent closure of our takeaway.

“We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our lovely customers for your continued support over 996 days, including day off & holidays. Your kindness has meant more to us than words can say.

“You can continue to follow us on this same Facebook page, where I will be sharing and teaching everyone how to cook Thai food, with each dish tasting just like the ones I used to prepare and sell for you. Lastly, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every customer who has supported us throughout our journey.”

The takeaway frequently shares images and videos of its dishes on social media channels to entice customers.

In response to the announcement, one customer said: “OMG, so sad to be reading this. Your food is the best we have tasted. Will message for a couple of recipes, although I know I won't be able to cook it the same as yours. Will have to try and get a few meals in before you close, starting with tonight.”

Another said: “Sorry to hear that you are closing permanently. Your food is delicious and your customer service is charming. Wishing you all the best for your future plans.”
