Ms Peggie is suing Dr Upton and the health board for sexual harassment. This comes after she was suspended for bullying and harassment after objecting to Dr Upton using the female changing room at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.

On Nonday the tribunal heard from two emergency nurses, Fiona Wishart and Lindsay Nicoll. Both made several claims that Ms Peggie had been racist and homophobic in the past, including sending jokes about Pakistani flood victims in a group chat that her lawyer concede was “thoroughly unpleasant”.

On Tuesday, we are expecting to once again hear from Dr Maggie Currier, and then the tribunal will hear from Ms Peggie, another nurse called Sandra Ross and Emma Moore from Sex Matters, starting at 9.30am.

Recap what happened.
