Who will fund future Kelpies?
I HAVE just been to see the magnificent Kelpies at Helix Park, Falkirk, and was reminded that £2.5 billion of UK lottery cash has been spent in Scotland on thousands of projects.
How does the SNP expect to make up the shortfall if we separate from the UK? Is raising this inconvenient truth bullying or scaremongering?
