Stretched police
The forming of Police Scotland was a good idea and has saved money on areas where services were being duplicated.
However, the current budget seems to be inadequate as the Scottish Government keeps adding on legislation of questionable effectiveness, which detracts the police service from doing their essential job of keeping the public safe.
