I took the time out of my day on Tuesday to listen to the Scottish Parliament’s live debate on “Planning Reform, Next Steps”.
Imagine my surprise to see a nearly empty debating chamber for this relevant and timely discussion. Where have all the MSPs gone? They obviously have more important things to do with their time.
