LIVING in Aberdour and commuting to London by air, there is nothing more infuriating about the journey than trundling past Edinburgh Airport on the train only to have commute back aboard a shuttle bus from Haymarket.
The other option, to take a train to Inverkeithing and then a shuttle bus, is equally as frustrating since the train from which I disembark travels past Edinburgh's stationless airport.
Reading your coverage of John Carson's proposals, I am delighted someone is taking this genuine grievance seriously.
