The Scotsman cartoon: The Mackintosh spirit
GLASGOW School of Art’s Mackintosh building tragically caught fire on Friday.
The sad news soon spread around the local community and to the wider art world and many feared the prospect of losing such an iconic building. Thankfully fire fighters worked bravely and managed to salvage the main structure. So the ghost of Charles Rennie Mackintosh might not have left the building just yet.
