The tower at the Glasgow Science Centre is finally set to re-open after a prolonged series of problems that forced closure for a number of years.

The tower holds a Guinness World Record for being the tallest freestanding structure and is the only structure on the planet which is capable of rotating 360 degrees. It was formerly known as Millennium Tower and is set to re-open from 1 April for the summer.
