9. The Kitchin, Edinburgh
Luke McBratney (Instagram @clapshos.edinburgh) bagged a table at The Kitchin, where he had, among other things, this Blacketyside strawberry tart with clotted cream, wild mint and strawberry sorbet. "It was weird at first and there was a definite sense that we were doing something we should be doing.
