Scottish law firm with 200 staff hails ‘real momentum’ as revenue jumps to £15.6 million

“Our people remain at the heart of everything we do, and this year we have strengthened our teams across the firm” – Victoria Leslie, joint managing partner

Scottish legal firm Ledingham Chalmers has recorded a fourth consecutive year of revenue growth as it moves into 2026 with “real momentum”.

The firm, which employs more than 200 people across its operations in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Inverness, has seen turnover in the past year rise more than 9 per cent to £15.6 million. It said the increase reflected “sustained performance” across its commercial, dispute resolution and private client offerings.

Operating profit increased by almost 14 per cent to £3.7m, with underlying profitability higher on the back of continued investment in workforce, technology and upgraded premises.
