Find out who the top 50 Scottish agricultural firms are in this week's Scotsman Insider
This week's Scotsman Insider takes a deep dive into Scotland's agricultural sector and uncovers a hidden strength in its supply chain.

Our Agriculture 50 ranking shows a sector roaring back to life, with profitability surging across many of the companies on the list.
That's not to say everything in the farming world is rosy.
Our previous agriculture edition, back in June, showed how many farms are struggling simply to make ends meet, squeezed by costs and thin margins.
What this edition does show is that there is a highly profitable supply chain surrounding that industry in Scotland.
That's an economic strength worth factoring into any conversation about the importance of farming to this country, its reach extends through the wider supply chain, and increasingly into renewables and property too, as those sectors intersect more with agricultural land and assets.
Notably, the top 50 companies on our list carry a high percentage of Scottish ownership, with only one currently owned by an international firm.
That points to a sector that remains ripe for overseas investment and growth, should the right buyers come calling.
The surging EBITDAs among the companies on our Agriculture 50 ranking should be of real interest to Scotland's corporate finance community, who gather for our awards on 11 November.
We've extended the entries deadline by a further week to give late submissions the chance to get in, entries now close on 11 September.
