Fans have finally been given a better look at Jack Lowden, Emma Corrin and Olivia Colman in Netflix’s upcoming Pride and Prejudice adaptation.
The streaming platform released a full-length trailer for the new six-part series on Wednesday (October 28), which breathed new life into Jane Austen’s classic romance novel.
Scottish Slow Horses star Jack Lowden takes on the role of Mr Darcy in the show, with English actor Emma Corrin - best known for roles such as Diana in The Crown - portraying Regency heroine Elizabeth Bennet.
Their “enemies-to-lovers” style tale has been adapted several times in the past, including Jennifer Ehle and Colin Firth’s 1995 BBC miniseries, and the 2005 film starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfayden as the leading couple.

Lizzy's beloved sister Jane is played by Scottish actress Freya Mavor in the 2026 adaptation. Mavor is known for roles in shows such as Skins and Industry and films such as Sunshine on Leith. | Netflix
