One of the most dedicated genres in the film industry, horror fans come in all shapes and sizes.
There are those of us who prefer the terror that comes with a jump scare, whereas others love the dread of a physiological horror film that keeps you on the edge of your seat - others just prefer straight up blood, guts and gore though.
While it can be stomach churning for some, others prefer a movie that shows plenty of blood, violence and gore.
If you're a fan of the gore - then we would recommend these 13 scary, yet blood-soaked, horror films to stream on Netflix UK.
5. Talk To Me
Talk To Me has been billed as one of the scariest films released in the last decade and lands on Netflix on October 26. If you enjoy gore, there's one particular scene with a bathroom sink...eek. | Netflix/A24
6. Cadaver
While the movie is a slow burn, it is jam packed with gore and blood - though it all adds to the story the film is attempting to tell. The film follows a family as they are lured to a hostel after a nuclear disaster leaves them homeless. | Netflix
7. Hostel Part III
While not as gory as its predecessors, Hostel is one of the film industries prime 'torture porn' movies of the early 00s. Gory is in its nature. | Netflix
8. Evil Dead Rise
If you know anything about the Evil Dead franchise, you will know it is full of fun, gore, blood and manic craziness - and the addition of 'Rise' is one of the best editions of Evil Dead ever. Laugh out loud funny at points but also soaked in gore. | Netflix
